Im planning to work hard, I got me 60 + days challenge calendar up. I need to add creative piece before I upload it on here. Sunday, is my rest day I am doing to do a low cardio work out like walking, strechting,etc. Sunday, also my jucing day. I think it is important for your body, mainly your digestive system to rest as well. My before image is not good hey I did a self timing but you can see the fat on my stomach and arm. I will do a better blog of this including measurement later. Right, now I am going to work on my schedule to max. my result. I want my summer body, so that is why it is 60 days plus challenges, I mean I will keep it up for life, but probably going to focus on the diet part of eating raw and doing low cardio workout especially summer, I firgure just walking alone will burn alot of calories. Anyways, watch my journey.

just focus on the now of what u doing about the future because ur might just end going back and forth with ur mind just say u do it and get up and do it at the moment dont create expectation.U set up goal but dont project goal in mind,just keep at it.slowly of course.
