Working Hard
Got an good start of my day, did level 1 Jullian Micheal, I feel like I was not burning enough fat. I think it is time for me to move to level 2. My stomach is coming back, so I have to make a very consious effort of my diet. Good news, I got my menu set for one day, still working on it, can't wait. I will post it soon. I want to make the most of my life, so I will make a schedule things again it help me make the most of my time. Lost my small journal sad, hopefully it is at work. Anyways, I can't wait. I am going strave to eat a lot of raw food. The hard part about the raw diet it does require time, especially when starting. I can't believe how much veggies name I don't know. Anyways, of course you want the best nurtient so that is why planning help to not waste money and food. You buy what you need for a week. Especially veggies, they are perisable so plan ahead of time. I may or may not eat meat maybe here and there but it is simple I will just add it to the raw food and on day I do not want to eat meat I will add almond with something almond alone does not provide protein you need to add amino acide something like that, I will make sure and edit this part later. Anyways, soon like a good plan to me. I have not focus on my son so I need to make my day schedule plan, like I have before and blow it up big and hang it on my wall as reminder of what I should strave for on my daily day.
